Anthony Petruccelli
Anthony came to Kearney, Donovan & McGee P.C. with extensive experience at the municipal and state levels of government in Massachusetts. First elected to the Massachusetts House of Representatives in 1999 and then the Massachusetts Senate in 2007, Anthony is well-versed in legislative issues and is able to use his unique perspective to successfully advocate for his clients' interests.
Work Experience
During his time in the Senate, Anthony served as the Chair of the Joint Committee on Municipalities and Regional Government, the Joint Committee on Environment and Natural Resources and the Joint Committee on Financial Services. Some of his legislative accomplishments include leading the passage of the first modernization of the state's banking laws in over thirty years and representing the Senate in conference committee negotiations for the landmark health care cost control law that created the Commonwealth's Health Policy Commission. Most recently, he served as the Senate Majority Whip.
